I also have to wait more than a year for delivery because the small dealer has a smaller allotment of Corvettes. My local dealer wouldn’t budge on a $15,000 ADM, so I drove to a more rural Dealership and placed the order there. Not a RAV, but I believe it’s relevant to mention, I also ordered a new C8 Corvette. I’ve never paid MSRP for a vehicle before this year, but I chose to because I wanted it. Bottom line is, you are your only advocate when buying a car. I did have to pay an administrative fee for them transferring my plate, and the requisite $6 fee from the DMV. It took several days for them to remove the sneaky key fob fee, and refund me the money for my own license plate. They were really sneaky about it too and I left the dealership without a deal. They tried to get me to pay $5000 ADM, charged me $500 for a key fob replacement program, and charged me $477 to transfer my Veterans license plate. I paid exactly window MSRP for the vehicle. The Prime seems to be fairly hard to get, but I was able to get one from a deal falling through, and I scooped it up after telling a salesman to call me if that happened.
